Marcy Dolle Bazzani has proven to be an invaluable resource in Santa Barbara and Montecito's luxury real estate. She is known for her intimate knowledge of the market, her innate ability to negotiate complex transactions, her unwavering loyalty to her clients, and her natural ability to put them at ease. Marcy's track record of success has earned her recognition in the Santa Barbara community and was named “Best of Santa Barbara” in 2018, and 1 of only 5 nominated every year since.

After earning an undergraduate degree from USC (1997) and a Masters Degree from Pepperdine University (2000), Marcy started teaching at Laguna Blanca School but was always keeping track of her family's real estate holdings.  Marcy transitioned to real estate full time in 2002 and promised to always take care of and protect her clients interest like they were family. Marcy’s background in teaching and psychology taught her how to listen to needs and desires, be patient, work well with others, be able to explain the buying and selling process to minimize confusion and anxiety and make the transaction an enjoyable process. Marcy is all about quality service. She vows to never take on more business than she can dedicate 100% attention to. You can feel secure knowing that Marcy will be the person representing you and your property. She cares that you get the best representation, negotiating, contract carefulness, and the highest financial outcome while feeling like the real estate process is exciting and enjoyable.

Marcy grew up in Montecito and still lives there today with her husband Matt Bazzani, of 20 years, their two teenage girls, and two golden retrievers. In her free time, she enjoys running the trails of Montecito, walking the beaches of the Santa Barbara coast, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering at the Santa Barbara Zoo and other local philanthropic organizations.

Marcy’s enthusiasm, friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge have earned her a reputation as an honorable and respected Realtor.
